How are alerts delivered?
Email is included on every plan and works out of the box — alerts go to your account address with no setup. Paid plans add richer channels you can route anywhere.
Channels by plan
| Channel | Free | Starter | Pro | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slack | ||||
| Telegram | ||||
| Discord | ||||
| Signed webhooks |
Channels live at the organization level, so a channel you add once is available to every monitor.
Quiet by design
Every alert is meant to be worth reading, so we work hard not to spam you:
- Outages are confirmed by multi-region quorum before they page you, and you get a single recovery notice when things come back.
- Expiry warnings fire once per threshold (30/14/7/3/1 days) — never the same warning twice.
- New monitors record a silent baseline first, so Certificate Transparency and DNS don't alert about what already existed.
What's in an alert
Alerts tell you which monitor, what changed, and — for outages — which regions saw it, so you can triage without opening the dashboard. Set up extra channels in connect Slack, Telegram, Discord or a webhook.
