Uptime
Website uptime monitoring that is right, not just loud.
Checks run from 7 regions across 5 continents, and an outage is declared only when at least two regions fail two consecutive checks. One flaky transit route never wakes you - a real outage always does.

The coverage
What this watch covers
The quorum rule
Down means at least two regions agree, across two consecutive checks. The alert clears the moment the site is back - recoveries notify too.
Degraded, before down
A site that is passing but slow trips a separate amber state, so you hear about the database limping before your customers do.
Real requests, your rules
Set the method, headers and body; assert on status codes or a keyword in the response. TCP port checks cover databases, brokers and anything else that isn't HTTP.
Numbers you can show
Daily uptime and p50/p95 latency, kept long-term - and public status pages your customers can check instead of emailing you.
Questions
Common questions
What counts as down?
A timeout, a connection error or a response outside your accepted status range - confirmed by at least two regions on two consecutive checks before anyone is paged.
Can I monitor APIs and non-HTTP services?
Yes. HTTP monitors support custom methods, headers, request bodies, status assertions and keyword matching; TCP monitors probe any host and port, like a Postgres server on 5432.
Where do checks run from?
7 regions on 5 continents - North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania - so a regional network event looks regional, not like your outage.
Do you have status pages?
Yes - public status pages with uptime bars plus certificate and domain state per monitor, and operator-posted incidents and maintenance windows.
