Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no contract and no lock-in. You're in control of your plan from the dashboard.
Changing plans
- Upgrade any time — it takes effect immediately and the charge is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
- Downgrade to a smaller plan when you need less. Make sure you're within the smaller plan's limits first (monitors, seats, status pages).
- Switch between monthly and annual whenever you like — annual is roughly two months cheaper.
- Cancel in a couple of clicks. Your workspace falls back to the Free tier rather than disappearing.
Who handles billing
Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record. That means Paddle handles your invoices, VAT/sales tax and the payment method, and your receipts come from them. You can update your card, change billing details and download invoices from the billing portal.
Your data stays yours
You can export or delete your data at any time. Cancelling never holds your data hostage — you simply drop to the Free plan's limits.
A note on failed payments
If a charge fails (an expired card, say), the subscription enters a grace period and we'll prompt you to update payment — your paid features keep working in the meantime rather than cutting off abruptly.
